Writing for marketing
Use facts, not big claims
Watch this explanationWords like “best” and “excellent” do not explain what someone gets.
Give a detail the customer can check. “We send the price before starting repairs” is clearer than “Excellent service.” Only use a detail the business can confirm.
REMEMBER THIS
Replace a big claim with a useful fact.
