A GUIDED ANSWER

Use facts, not big claims

Words like “best” and “excellent” do not explain what someone gets.

Give a detail the customer can check. “We send the price before starting repairs” is clearer than “Excellent service.” Only use a detail the business can confirm.

Try this first

  1. Say which customer and problem you are working on.
  2. List what you know and what you still need to check.
  3. Choose one useful next action and explain why.
